Announcement of BASH Annual Meeting
The Bay Area Sacred Harp (BASH) Board of Directors announces the 2019 Annual Meeting on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 7 p.m., at All Saints’ Chapel, 2431 Ridge Road, Berkeley CA. The meeting will be immediately before the regular Monday night Berkeley singing (singing from the Christian Harmony will be delayed until after the meeting).

A full description of officer duties and qualifications can be found in the BASH bylaws. In summary:
- The Clerk keeps the minutes of business meetings. The treasurer tracks income and expenses, makes deposits and reimbursements, and provides a financial report at the end of each year. Each officer serves a two-year term.
- A person must have been a member of BASH for one year to be eligible to hold office as a Director OR been involved in the Sacred Harp singing community for at least three years and attended at least two all-day singings in the area in the previous year.
